However, rarely there might be cases when we fail to follow our guarantees. Therefore, we would like to sincerely apologize and fairly compensate you.

The Customer may request a Credit/Refund if the following issues arise:

In any other case, the Credit/Refund amount is determined by the Manager after careful study of each unique case.

Credit and Refund percentage are determined from the Order’s price without any extras, such as VIP Custom Service and Plagiarism Report (if it was delivered to the Customer).

For in-progress orders, Credit/Refund request is considered as Cancellation request and the Credit/Refund is issued respectively.

No tips are subject to be transferred to Credit or refunded.

VAT will not be refunded (applicable for the European Union Residents).

Quality Department

 

When the quality is low and/or plagiarism is detected, and a valid proof/report is provided, the case is sent to the Quality Department to determine Credit and/or Refund percentage if any.

A valid proof of low quality may be professor’s feedback in a form of a file with remarks, scan copy with comments, and/or forwarded email.

A valid proof of plagiarism level is Turnitin report.

The Customer may expect the response from Quality Department Manager during 5 days.

Full Refund

 

When the Customer is refunded in full, EssayCharm.com remains the copyright of the paper, and it will be published on the website as a sample.

When the Customer is refunded in full, he or she has no right to use Product provided by EssayCharm.com

Partial Credit/Refund

 

The Customer has a right to request a partial Credit/Refund if an incorrect number of pages is ordered. The Credit/Refund amount is calculated by Manager and may be reduced due to the timeliness of informing Support Team. If the paper is already delivered, no Credit/Refund is possible.

The Customer has a right to request a partial Credit/Refund if the wrong academic level is chosen. The Credit/Refund amount is calculated by Manager and may be reduced due to the timeliness of informing Support Team. If the paper is already delivered, no Credit/Refund is possible.

Any deadline deviation is not a subject to refund.

The Customer should not request a Credit or a Refund if:

 

The Customer refused to send the work for at least one free revision (applicable for the Orders with the deadline less than 5 days), or the Customer refused to send the work for at least two free revisions (applicable for the Orders with the deadline more than 5 days).* Please note that we can offer to assign another Writer to meet all your requirements, you are welcome to check Revision Policy for more details.

An unsatisfactory mark was received by the Customer, as we are not able to guarantee any particular grade for the assignment. Please check our Quality Guarantee for more information. You are always welcome to send the paper for a free revision, please check Revision Policy for more details.

More than 14 days have passed from the date of final Deadline. As long as we consider the Customer satisfied with the paper after the Revision Period (14 days), no Credits or Refunds are possible after this period.

The Customer has indicated wrong instructions and/or attached a wrong file by mistake which led to the wrong content of the paper.

The Customer failed to provide us with essential details and/or attach additional materials regarding the assignment which led to the wrong content of the paper.

The Customer failed to provide us with essential details and/or attach additional materials regarding the assignment which led to deadline missing.

*  Not applicable for plagiarized paper.

 

Time to get a Credit

 

When the Customer agrees to get an offered Credit, its sum will be immediately transferred to the Credit Balance with us to use it for future Orders.

 

Time to get a Refund

 

When the Customer agrees to get an offered Refund, its sum will be transferred back to the original source of payment during 10 days after the agreement.

The Customer may raise a Dispute by providing evidence to support the claims if no Credit and Refund Policy options are acceptable by the Customer.
